PUBLIC NOTICE

This letter has been sent to all parties in ownership of property within the City of Moro. The City Council is aware of the increasing demand for housing within the City and is exploring solutions to increase the supply. The City Council is holding a town hall meeting to discuss these opportunities and is particularly interested in hearing from owners of vacant land within the City.

The purpose of this meeting is for the City Council to better understand the priorities of property owners and begin to identify the areas within the City that are likely to be developed in the near future and those that are not. This meeting will serve as information gathering session and a chance for ideas to be shared regarding the lack of available residential land.

The City is NOT planning a housing development, this is strictly a first step in understanding the plans of the property owners that own vacant land within the City.

  1. As a Rufus City Councilwoman, I am interested in the outcome of this meeting. We are all experiencing the demand for housing, and Rufus may need to follow your example.
I would very much like to receive a copy of your minutes from this meeting tonight, I would attend, but we have City Council meeting tonight as well.
    Thank you in advance.
