Bank of Eastern Oregon opens new branch in Pendleton

Pendleton, OR - Bank of Eastern Oregon (BEO) has opened a new full-service branch in Pendleton, Oregon, located at 800 SW Dorion Avenue.

BEO, a rural community bank headquartered in Heppner, has 22 branches located in eastern Oregon, eastern Washington and Canyon County, Idaho.

"It was time for us to open a branch in Pendleton," said President and CEO Jeff Bailey. "Our customers have been asking for this and when a building became available, we made the purchase."

The new BEO branch is located in the former Oregon Education Foundation building. Bailey continued "We are pleased we can now offer our local customers personal and business banking services on site, as well as the agricultural and commercial loan services we've already offered in Pendleton."

The staff of the former BEO loan office, Mike Short, Tracy Hamby and Jessica Mulvihill have moved into the branch. Bethany Olsen, a Pendleton native, has moved back to town with her family and is the branch manager.
