Mark your calendars and get set to bid on fantastic prizes and enjoy local art, music and community on November 23. This is the 13th annual Max Nogle Dinner and as per usual guarantees a fantastic night for all ages. The night kicks off with a social hour at 5 pm followed up with a family style tri-tip dinner and all the fixings at 6. Music will fill our beloved pavilion around 7:30 'til around midnight with sounds from Frog Hollow.
The citizens of Grass Valley built the pavilion in time for the 1916 Independence Day celebration, and her restoration is an ongoing labor of love on the south end of the county. Located in the center of town framed by shade trees with a lush park many families utilize for a picnic you can't miss it.
The historical building now hosts all manner of get-togethers and a bustling farmers market in the summer. Come celebrate the jewel of Grass Valley and hobnob with your pals. Donated auction items include: gun safe, four tickets to the Seattle Seahawks & Minnesota Vikings game, guided fishing tours, canning catering from WB ranch, a seven-day Seaside getaway, and a slew of other prizes.
