Reporter: Cora Munkers
We talked about the upcoming fundraisers the club will be participating in which include the Willamette Pie Sales (October) and the Christmas Tree Sales starting the end of November.
This year the club is heading to Costa Rica. In this article and future articles, I will be sharing some interesting tid-bits about Costa Rica along with some of our planned adventures.
Travel News for Costa Rica: The current weather conditions in Costa Rica this week show highs in the mid 70’s and lows in the mid 60’s with chances of rain throughout the week. We will be visiting a coffee plantation as one of our first tour stops. Costa Rica is known for their quality coffee and exports 90% of their crop every year, only making up 1% of the world’s demand.
