Garden Club to meet tonight at United Church of Christ at 7 PM
Small towns thrive when there is a sense of ownership.
I see that pride of community shines brightly here in Condon. Here is another opportunity. The Condon Garden club is seeking new members.
Created in the 70’s by women who love gardening, they began to serve the community by adding beauty to Main Street. A vacant lot graciously donated by Jamie Burns was turned into the mini-park of today. We do many other projects throughout the year, have monthly meetings with occasional guest speakers and share our own knowledge and questions with each other.
We welcome all who are interested in learning more about fruits, vegetables, and flowers or who want to share their own knowledge and questions.
We will be meeting tonight, September 14th, Tuesday night at 7:00pm at the senior meal site in bottom of UCC church. Bring your excess bulbs to share. Please come and see.
