    Arlington senior Calli Troutman has signed a letter-of-intent with Umpqua Community College and will play volleyball for the Riverhawks.     Sherman Kids Zone received a high honor last weekend at a town hall for Sen. Jeff Merkley in Rufus. Board members attended the town hall to accept a flag that was flown over the U.S. Capitol in recognition of their hard work and dedication to the nonprofit organization.     The Arlington Jackpot Rodeo is set for this weekend, and rain or shine it is one of the best rodeos in the northwest.
